Individual Health Promotion Counseling: Through ACT, I help you understand how social and emotional pressures affect your wellbeing, fostering acceptance of difficult thoughts and emotions, and commitment to positive actions for your mental and physical health. Together, we will work to strengthen your connection with your values and goals. Individual Psychotherapy: Applying both CBT and ACT, we explore the roots of emotional and mental challenges, promoting self-awareness and skills for change and emotional wellbeing. These approaches will help you discover new strategies and make lasting changes in your life. Interdisciplinary Appointment: If the difficulties you face require a more comprehensive approach, I collaborate with other MyndfulTalk professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, etc.) to create a personalized treatment plan. Using a systemic approach, we work together to address your needs from multiple angles, focusing on enhancing all aspects of your mental and social wellbeing. COMMON ISSUES THAT I ADDRESS \u20ac 0 Anxiety and Stress: I work with individuals facing heightened anxiety and stress due to personal, professional, or social pressures. Together we develop strategies to manage these emotions and improve mental wellbeing. Depression: Depression can hinder functionality and quality of life. Through CBT and ACT, we work to recognize the emotional patterns and thoughts that reinforce it, aiming to return to a stronger and more positive mental state.
