For me, nutrition is a tool for wellbeing and personal growth, and my goal is to help every individual find their balance!
Hello! I’m Loukia, and I have been providing dietetic and nutritional services since 2016, with a focus on changing eating behaviors. My work is not limited to weight loss, but is centered on developing a more balanced lifestyle that promotes overall health. My goal is to help you learn how to maintain a balanced diet without restrictions or strict dieting rules. I provide personalized services for adults, pregnant women, new mothers, individuals seeking body transformation, as well as support for people struggling with eating disorders. I also specialize in parental counseling for nutrition-related issues and participate in interdisciplinary sessions at MyndfulTalk, collaborating with other professionals such as psychologists and social workers.
My approach is personalized and focused on understanding the needs of each individual. I believe that nutrition is not simply a process of achieving a weight goal, but a lifestyle directly connected to wellbeing and personal development. Through collaboration, my aim is to create a nutritional plan tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. I use modern methods and tools, such as eating behavior modification, to help you maintain a balanced relationship with food without strict diets or restrictions. My approach is based on support and self-esteem enhancement, integrating techniques that help improve your relationship with food.
Eating Disorders: Many of my clients struggle with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating. In these cases, I work closely with them to understand the roots of these issues and restore their relationship with food.
Weight Management: I have helped several clients achieve healthy weight changes. Through personalized diet plans and psychological support, we create long-term changes that fit their lifestyle.
Chronic Diseases and Nutrition: Many of my clients have chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension and need help managing their diet. For example, in cases of type 2 diabetes, we’ve successfully achieved better control of blood sugar levels by applying a low glycemic index diet and providing education on healthy eating habits.
Emotional Support and Nutrition: I have worked with clients whose anxiety or depression affects their eating habits. Through guidance and the use of nutritional strategies, we’ve managed to recognize and handle emotional triggers, replacing old habits with healthier solutions.
Parent Counseling for Nutrition: Often, parents I work with are concerned about their children’s diet. In these cases, I help them create healthy and simple eating habits in their daily lives, encouraging them to be positive role models for their children.
Behavioral Change in Eating Habits: Many clients wish to improve their diet but struggle to maintain new habits over time. Through the adoption of positive eating habits via personalized guidance, I have found that clients can change their eating habits with long-term results.
