Hello, I’m Iliana, a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with people facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem issues, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.

I also help people living with chronic illnesses or disabilities, employees and executives under work-related stress, and individuals living abroad who need to adjust to a new cultural environment. In addition, I support pregnant women and adults who have experienced neglect or abuse. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your emotional needs and work together to find solutions to your challenges, restoring balance and self-esteem.
