Hello! I’m Katerina, a Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist, specializing in Cognitive Neurorehabilitation. For the past 10 years, I have been supporting people who feel they are struggling — in life or in their relationships. You may be a parent trying to understand how to support your child. You may have experienced emotional exhaustion, abuse, or be coping with chronic health conditions. You might be a teenager or student feeling lost in the demands and decisions you face. Or a professional reaching your limits, unsure how to ask for help. My goal is to offer you a space where you can truly be yourself — without pressure, without judgment, with understanding and support.
Every person is unique, and so should their therapy be. That’s why I approach each case integratively, combining elements from existential, systemic, and cultural psychotherapy, always tailored to the individual’s needs.
My specialization in Cognitive Neurorehabilitation allows me to effectively support individuals with complex psychological, physical, or cognitive challenges — such as chronic conditions, disabilities, learning difficulties, ASD, or ADHD.
My approach is always holistic, grounded in care, respect for each individual’s unique identity, and collaboration — so that each person can find their own path toward acceptance, change, and personal empowerment.

Individual Psychotherapy:
Through psychotherapy, we will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions, discovering new ways of self-management and self-awareness.
Individual Health Promotion Counseling:
These sessions focus on enhancing your overall well-being and adopting positive habits for personal growth. My aim is to help you take care of yourself and find balance, both physically and mentally.
Group Psychotherapy:
Group psychotherapy offers an opportunity for mutual support and empowerment within a safe and supportive environment. You can share your experiences with others facing similar situations while learning new strategies to manage difficulties.
Couples Therapy:
If your relationship is going through challenging times, couples therapy can help you reconnect and find ways to communicate and understand each other better. Together, we work on strengthening your relationship and addressing the challenges you face.
Parent Counseling:
Parenting comes with many challenges regarding the care and upbringing of children. I am here to help you better understand your child’s needs and develop strategies to create a supportive and healthy family environment where your child can grow with confidence.
Psychotherapy/Counseling for Adolescents:
Adolescence is a period full of intense emotions. I provide support and guidance to help adolescents better understand themselves, their relationships, and how to manage their emotions.
Interdisciplinary Session:
