Hello! I’m Alexandra Kokala, and for me yoga is much more than a practice — it is a way of life. I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness for over 12 years and teaching since 2019. My sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and rediscover your inner strength, calmness, and wellbeing.

With a strong focus on body and breath awareness, my sessions include mindfulness techniques, guided relaxation, and meditation, creating a safe and supportive space for every individual. My approach to yoga is based on the holistic connection between body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of enhancing wellbeing and emotional balance. Through Hatha Yoga, I guide participants through practices that improve flexibility and strength while placing special emphasis on breath and body awareness.

Through Raja Yoga, I help individuals reach deeper self-awareness using meditation techniques that cultivate inner peace and spiritual connection. My goal is to offer a personalized approach that responds to each participant’s individual needs, with emphasis on mindfulness and personal growth.

I create a space where yoga becomes a tool for rejuvenation and transformation for every person, regardless of age or life stage.
