Together, we discover the strength within you!
Hello, I’m Evgenia Nikolakopoulou, a Psychologist specializing in Sport Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. In our sessions, we work together to help you better understand your emotional world and recognize thoughts and behaviors that may be limiting you, so you can fully unlock your potential. My priority is to create a relationship built on trust and a space of acceptance and care, allowing you to safely explore yourself and your choices. If you feel stuck, struggle with anxiety, pressure, adjustment, or lack of motivation, I am here to support you. The applications of sport psychology extend far beyond athletics: artists, professionals, and individuals going through transitional life phases can all benefit in their efforts to manage daily challenges and connect more deeply with their personal values and goals.
My approach focuses on understanding the individual as a whole, integrating both the psychological and physical dimensions. I work with a holistic approach, using the most modern psychological methods and therapeutic techniques to help clients better understand themselves and move forward in a healthy and effective way.
